•     Leading a passionate team across care, hospitality, and operations
•     Ensuring outstanding resident experience and regulatory compliance
•     Driving occupancy and revenue with proactive sales leadership
•     Managing budgets and planning for future investment
•     Coaching department heads and building a high-performing culture
•     Championing communication with residents, families, and staff
