1. Discovery

We’ll find out all about you and your needs, including workplace culture and career progression.

2. Matchmaking

Our team will identify a list of suitable organisations to approach on your behalf, and tell them why they need you.

3. Consultation

Once interest has been established and we feel it’s a good match, with your permission we’ll send them your CV and explore the opportunity further.

4. Interview

We aim to get you 2-3 interviews secured, managing the entire process, keeping you informed at all times.
