Our client, a well-established provider of high-quality residential and dementia care services, is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Sales & Marketing Director to lead private occupancy growth across multiple care homes.
This is a key strategic appointment offering the opportunity to shape and deliver a focused growth plan within the private care sector. The role covers a portfolio of services across the South and East of England.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will lead on all aspects of sales and marketing strategy across the private market, with a focus on increasing occupancy, enhancing brand visibility, and strengthening referral networks. This is a high-impact, multi-site role requiring a blend of strategic vision and hands-on delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive private market strategy aligned with company growth objectives

Lead on occupancy development initiatives across a portfolio of care homes

Identify new business opportunities through relationship-building with healthcare professionals, referrers, and local influencers

Oversee and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns to support visibility and engagement

Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and positioning

Collaborate with regional and operational teams to ensure cohesive delivery and shared targets
Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in a senior-level sales or marketing role within the health or social care sector (private market experience essential)
