Job Opportunity: Regional Support Manager (Peripatetic)
Location: London, Kent, and the South West
Salary: £67,900 per annum + £4000 car allowance
We are seeking an experienced Regional Support Manager (Peripatetic) with an active NMC PIN to join a charitable organisation with 30 care homes across the South of England. Reporting directly to the Divisional Director, this role supports home managers in delivering the highest quality of care across our homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to homes in the absence of the manager
- Maintain regional contact across two divisions
- Conduct routine Head Office visits as directed
- Ensure effective delivery of medicine administration and compliance with training requirements
- Support the Home Manager in staff meetings and supervision
- Assist staff with delegation and ensure responsibilities are met
Requirements:
- RN 1 or 2 with current NMC PIN
- NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care or Leadership and Management
- Proven experience with multi-site care providers in a high-level management role
- Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and care legislation
- Full driving license
