We are working with a corporate care home group, to recruit a Regional Operations Director to oversee a group of homes in the north, including Scotland.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader in the care sector to join a well-established, forward-thinking organisation that is committed to delivering the highest standards of care.
The Role:

Oversee a group of homes across the north of the UK, ensuring exceptional quality, compliance, and commercial performance.

Support and develop home managers, driving improvement and maintaining high standards of care.

Take a strategic role, ensuring occupancy, financial targets, and regulatory requirements are met and exceeded.

Drive business strategy in line with the company’s growth ambitions.

Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, regulators, and local communities.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Regional Director, or similar senior role within the care home sector.
- Strong understanding of care regulations and best practices in Scotland.
- A track record of successfully improving financial performance and quality ratings.
- Inspirational leadership with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
- A commercially focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
