We’re looking for a Peripatetic Manager to support six recently acquired homes in Newcastle and play a key role in the continued growth of an ambitious care group expanding in the region. About the Role
As Peripatetic Manager, you will:
- Provide hands-on leadership and operational support across six homes.
- Support home managers to improve care standards, compliance, and overall performance.
- Step in as acting manager where required, ensuring smooth operations and continuity of care.
- Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team to implement best practices and policies.
- Support the integration of newly acquired homes into the group.
- Foster a positive and supportive culture within each home.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in multi-site management or as a peripatetic/home manager.
- A strong understanding of regulatory compliance and care standards.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills to inspire teams across different locations.
- A track record of improving care quality and achieving regulatory compliance.
- Flexibility to travel between homes and adapt to varying needs.
- A nursing qualification (desirable but not essential).
