Operations Manager - London, Kent, Essex
£60,000 basic salary

We are working with, a family run organisation that are undertaking an exciting period of growth. Having just brought a further 4 new care homes into the group in a brand new area, they have no plans to stop. They are looking for an Operations Manager who shares their values and will lead from the front in ensuring our growth responsibly and sustainably.
About the Role
In this role as Operations Manager, you will plan, develop and ensure the delivery of performance plans to meet agreed budgets and quality assurance for our care home services across the UK.
You will be able to establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring all necessary aspects of operational management and development with a high focus on compliance against the key regulations of the Health & Social Care Act.
You will manage and develop Home Managers as well as liaising with other functional managers to ensure they are fully aware of the business' purposes and ambitions.
About You
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Extensive demonstrable experience of management at a senior level within Care Homes
- Experience of working within a profit and loss environment and working within agreed budgets
- Experience and is fully conversant with national care standards and regulations
- Outstanding leadership and people management skills
