Nurse Care Manager - Weybridge

£58,000 + benefits

This is a key leadership role within a large, well-established home of over 100 residents. The home currently provides residential and dementia care and is now commissioning a new in-house nursing service. Around a quarter of residents already have FNC applications in place, with nursing needs currently supported by District Nurses. You’ll lead the transition to a fully integrated nursing service, ensuring safe practice, strong clinical oversight and a steady, person-centred culture from day one.

It’s a Monday-Friday position with Duty Manager rota cover for 1:5 weekends, suited to a nurse who brings calm authority, clinical confidence and the ability to guide a busy team through change.

The role

You’ll bring clinical leadership and a clear understanding of what good nursing care looks like in a large home. You’ll oversee assessments, move-ins and ongoing care planning, making sure every resident’s needs are understood, documented and reviewed. You’ll set expectations for safe practice, support the nursing and care teams, and maintain high standards across medication management, governance, audits and compliance.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across the home to create a warm, supportive environment where residents feel safe and families feel reassured. You’ll also be a visible point of contact for concerns, safeguarding and professional liaison.
