? Lead Activities Coordinator – North London ?
We’re working with a well-established, family-run care provider to find an experienced Lead Activities Coordinator to develop and lead a vibrant activities programme that truly engages residents.
????? The Role:
- Full-time, 35 hours/week (Monday to Friday, occasional weekends for events)
- Salary: £16–£18 per hour
- Based in North London (nearest tube: East Finchley, 30 mins from Finsbury Park by bus)
???? What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in delivering engaging and stimulating activities for older adults
- Background in music, OT, art therapy or as a highly experienced Activities Coordinator
- Ability to engage with a diverse and highly accomplished resident group (including artists, professors, and doctors)
- Approachable and engaging communicator – able to build community links and bring in schools, volunteers, and entertainers
