Land & Development Director
Salary: Circa £90,000 + Bonus
Location: London
We are seeking an experienced Land & Development Director to lead the expansion of a growing, family-run care group located on the outskirts of London.
With five care homes currently in their portfolio and one additional site under construction, you’ll be joining at an exciting time. Two more sites are in the legal stages, with another potential site under consideration, completing the short-term growth plans. Beyond this, the group has secured funding for continued expansion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing land opportunities in targeted areas
- Securing planning permission with the help of relevant consultants
- Overseeing the development process from acquisition to completion
Ideal candidate:
Previous experience in care home development is highly desirable.
