We are seeking an Interim Home Manager to lead and stabilize a recently acquired care home in Newcastle. This is a hands-on role for a skilled leader who thrives in challenging environments and is driven by achieving meaningful change.
About the Role
As Interim Home Manager, you will:
- Take immediate leadership of the home to address areas requiring improvement.
- Develop and execute a robust turnaround plan to enhance care quality, compliance, and team performance.
- Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a positive and proactive culture.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and regulatory bodies to restore confidence in the home.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and operational standards.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Substantial experience in managing care homes, ideally in turnaround or interim roles.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and care standards.
- Strong leadership and crisis management skills.
- A track record of delivering rapid improvements in compliance and care quality.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A nursing qualification (preferred but not essential).
