About the Homes:
- 30-bed home and a 3-bed home, both rated Good by the CQC.
- Provide exceptional nursing care for residents with diverse needs, including learning disabilities and dementia.
- Currently achieving their targets, offering a stable, safe and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
What’s on Offer:
- Basic Salary: £65,000 per annum.
- Bonus: Achievable 10% based on performance, bringing the potential total package to £71,500
