About the Role
As Home Manager, you will:
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive turnaround strategy to improve quality and compliance.
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional care.
- Build a positive relationship with residents, families, and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.
- Drive operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of care.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in turning around underperforming care homes.
- A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding ratings with CQC.
- A passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care.
- A nursing qualification (desirable but not essential).
