Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Home Manager to lead this established and skilled team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the nursing home’s operations, ensuring that the highest standards of care are consistently delivered. As the Home Manager, you will be pivotal in maintaining the excellent reputation and compliance with CQC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing home.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and other statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and service delivery.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve their full potential.
- Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and external agencies.
- Oversee financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for residents and staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Home Manager or similar leadership role in a care setting.
- Nurse with pin
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care.
- Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care or Nursing.
