- 40 bed home that provides general nursing, residential, and dementia care for older adults
- Modern up, to date software systems used for care planning and the wider management of the home.
- Wonderful friendly environment, with well decorated communal areas and on-going investment in the home.
- Supportive structure with a good team in place includng a Deputy Manager and administrative support.
- Lots of improvements have been made by the owners and they continue to invest in the home and in staff development.
- You will be a nurse qualified, hands-on manager who loves to be present around the home, spending time with the residents and staff team.
- As this home is RI, you will ideally have some turnaround experience or will have a good track record of making improvements and achieving good reports.
- As a strong team player, you will have a motivational and inclusive management style and a passion for providing the highest standards of care.
- With good communication skills, you will be able to positively liaise with all stakeholders to maintain and improve relationships and build the reputation of the home.
- This role would suit a Home Manager who is looking for a long-term position with a company who have good morals and a family feel culture or an ambitious Deputy looking for that next step.
