Home Manager - Bath
35-bed Residential Care home for older peoplesalary - Between £50,000 and £60,000....depending on experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential home located in Bath.
- Lead and manage a team of care staff and ensure high-quality care services are provided to residents.
- Develop and implement care plans for residents in line with regulatory standards and individual needs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Manage budgets, and resources, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within a care home setting as either Deputy or Home Manager.
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care management or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A caring and compassionate approach to supporting residents and their families.
- Experience in implementing person-centred care plans and ensuring high-quality care delivery.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in residential care.
- Experience in staff management, training, and development.
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for the Home Manager position is between £50,000 and £60,0000, depending on experience.
