Job Title: Home Manager – Residential Care Home (Aberdeen)

About the Role:
As Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, with a clear focus on driving improvements and establishing high standards of care. You will work closely with a dedicated team to implement best practices, inspire positive changes, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support the care team to deliver exceptional resident-centered care.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards in line with CQC requirements.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, fostering a culture of trust and respect.
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation to achieve financial and operational targets.
About You:
- Proven experience in a management role within a residential or nursing home setting.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and a track record of improving care quality.
- A compassionate, driven leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards) is desirable.
