Head of Care - National
Salary - £60,000 - £70,000
We are now looking for a Head of Care to join a luxury care group in their Nursing and Quality team. You will be working alongside a small quality team comprising of a Head of Medicines and Audit, a Head of Dementia Care and a Group Leisure and Wellbeing Manager.
The ideal candidate for the Head of Care will be a nurse and have experience overseeing care planning practice standards, conducting audits, investigating care and clinical compliance, and writing care and clinical policies and procedures.
Applicants for this role must be a registered nurse and comfortable travelling across the country to visit our various homes, the majority of which are in the South West
