About the Role:
As Home Manager, you will lead a large and dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and operational performance. You will play a key role in shaping the home's culture, improving clinical standards, and enhancing the overall resident experience.

About You:

NMC-registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – essential

Proven experience in managing large care or nursing homes

Strong track record of people management and team development

Passion for turnaround projects and delivering high-quality, person-centred care

Commercially astute with excellent communication and leadership skills
