Key Responsibilities:
? Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will provide executive-level leadership for HR operations, including employee relations, reward, and payroll functions, ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery.
? This role offers the opportunity to bring a fresh pair of eyes to the company, to refine the current function by reviewing, developing and implementing strategic HR policies, processes, and systems to align with the business goals.
? You will drive digital transformation across the HR function to streamline processes and eliminate reliance on paper-based systems, supporting the organisation’s transition to a shared services model.
? Partnering with senior leaders, you will provide strategic HR advice and deliver impactful change initiatives whilst promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
? Chartered CIPD qualification will be preferred.
? You will have proven leadership experience in HR operations, ideally within the health or social care sector, although candidates from other regulated sectors are encouraged to apply.
? You will possess extensive HR knowledge and experience, with a strong track record in implementing best practices, leading transformational initiatives, and driving strategic projects to achieve organisational goals.
? You will be an inspiring leader with strong interpersonal, communication, and agile leadership skills who can be flexible and adaptable as circumstances change.
? You will be excited to lead the HR function in a rewarding sector where you can make an impact, working with the team in the office at least 4 days a week.
