This role offers a £65,000 basic salary and a clear succession plan to progress into a Home Manager position at one of their brand-new homes in the near future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to provide exceptional, person-centred care.
- Oversee care plans, medication management, and clinical governance.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Step up in the Home Manager’s absence and contribute to strategic decision-making.
