Clinical Services Manager

£62,000 - £65,000 + bonus and benefits 

A luxury, private, mid-sized care provider with a fantastic reputation and strong values is looking for an experienced senior clinician to lead care delivery within their large, well-established Reigate home.
This home provides high-quality general nursing, residential, and dementia care, and the organization is known for doing things properly and for investing in standards.

The role

  • Take ownership of high-quality care delivery across a large home offering nursing, residential and dementia care

  • Ensure safe, consistent, person-centred practice across all communities

  • Provide steady, visible leadership that sets clear expectations and supports colleagues day-to-day

  • Lead a committed care and nursing team who respond well to clarity, structure and calm direction

  • Mentor and develop colleagues, building confidence, capability and accountability

  • Create a culture where people feel supported, respected and proud of the work they do

  • Build sensible, cost-aware rotas that align staffing with resident needs

  • Keep care plans, documentation and records accurate, compliant and audit-ready

  • Partner closely with the General Manager and act up when required

  • Support the delivery of agreed KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement

  • Become the home’s super-user for care and clinical systems, helping colleagues feel confident and capable

  • Strong leadership structure with a Dementia Care Manager and Residential Care Manager leading their respective floors

  • A well-established team who value clarity, consistency, and a calm, organised approach

  • A General Manager who is visible, supportive and committed to high standards

About you

  • Registered Nurse (RN or RMN) with strong leadership experience across care delivery

  • Confident leading a care team and guiding both clinical and residential practice

  • Skilled in rota planning, documentation, compliance and crisis escalation

  • Positive, resilient and organised, with a calm, practical approach

  • IT-literate and comfortable becoming the home’s go-to person for care and clinical systems

  • A full, clean driving licence is an advantage
