We are representing a brand new care group that is embarking on an ambitious growth journey, committed to building 4-5 new, state-of-the-art care homes per year.
This is a tried and tested model that has been repeated several times successfuly with various care groups in the portfolio.
They are dedicated to setting new standards in elderly and specialized care, ensuring that every resident experiences comfort, dignity, and high-quality service.
They are seeking a transformative and operational CEO to lead this mission and execute the strategy. This is a rare opportunity to join at an executive level, with equity from day one and a structured exit strategy within five years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Drive and execute the overall vision for the group, enhancing operational excellence across existing and new care homes.
- Growth & Development: Oversee and support the successful development and launch of new homes, building up to five properties annually.
- Team Building: Cultivate and lead a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of care, compliance, and high standards.
- Financial & Operational Oversight: Manage resources effectively, optimize financial performance, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with investors, community leaders, regulatory bodies, and families to ensure clear communication and a reputation for excellence.
