As CEO, you will be leading a well-established care group, providing high-quality residential and nursing care across multiple locations in the North of England. With a commitment to person-centered care, your decisions will ensure that residents' and staff wellbeing remains at the heart of everything.
As the company prepares for organic growth, including planned acquisitions that will extend their geographical footprint, they are looking for an experienced CEO to lead them through this exciting journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the organisation in delivering the overall vision, strategy, and business plan to drive the group's growth and success.
- Business Growth & Acquisitions: Oversee and execute the acquisition of new care homes across a wider geographical portfolio, ensuring a smooth integration process and the sustainable expansion of the business.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance are upheld across all homes within the group, continuously improving service delivery and operational performance.
- Financial Leadership: Take full accountability for the financial health of the group, delivering strong revenue growth and maintaining profitability while identifying new revenue streams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, local authorities, and internal teams to promote the company’s reputation and further its strategic goals.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire the senior leadership team, fostering a high-performance culture across the organisation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CEO or in an executive leadership role within the care sector, with a successful track record.
- Excellent financial acumen, with a strong understanding of operational budgets, revenue growth strategies, and cost management.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and quality standards within the healthcare or care sector.
- A visionary leader with exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, able to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders alike.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with day-to-day operational oversight and decision-making.
