One of Europe’s fastest-growing, tech-enabled home care providers is looking for an experienced Registered Manager / Branch Manager to lead a high-performing domiciliary care branch. This is a fast-paced, growth-focused role where you’ll be backed by strong operational, quality and digital support.
The role

Lead day-to-day branch operations and ensure safe, person-centred care

Oversee assessments, risk management and personalised care planning

Maintain full compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards

Manage budgets, utilisation and financial performance

Drive branch growth and service development

Build strong relationships with local authorities and community partners

Lead, support and develop a high-performing care team
What you’ll bring
-
Experience as a Registered Manager, Branch Manager or strong Deputy
-
NVQ Level 5 (or willingness to work towards it)

Strong understanding of CQC, safeguarding and regulatory requirements

Proven leadership and people-management skills

Confidence using digital care systems and adopting new technology

Ability to manage performance, solve problems and make sound decisions
